At Charlie's Barkery, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, freshly made dog treats, custom cakes, and cookies. Due to the perishable nature of our products and for the health and safety of all our furry customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All of our treats and cakes are made to order and intended for immediate consumption or proper storage.

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.

We are not responsible for items left unattended after delivery or for treats that spoil due to improper storage after receipt.
